- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries in our customer relations centre.
- Use our online platform to reply to all customer enquiries over email, call and online chat.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement with the team
- Assisting customers making contact with the boutiques
- Provide information on procedures such as returns or availability of products
- Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in professional and timely manner.
- Experience of working in a customer service or e-commerce head office environment
- The ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to multi task
- Team player
- Professional and able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Competent with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook
