Job Description: As an SAP PS FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Project System (PS) solutions in conjunction with Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support project management and financial accounting processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP PS implementations. Responsibilities: Configure SAP PS module according to business requirements, including project structures, WBS elements, network activities, and project accounting functionalities. Integrate SAP PS module with FI and CO modules to ensure seamless data flow and financial integration across the organization. Analyze client business processes related to project management, financial accounting, and controlling, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP PS solutions. Design and develop SAP PS solutions based on business requirements, including defining project profiles, configuring project-related financial postings, and setting up project hierarchies. Conduct end user training sessions to educate project teams on SAP PS functionality, processes, and best practices. Provide ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving tickets related to SAP PS module. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support project management activities such as project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Stay updated on the latest SAP PS releases, enhancements, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PS module, including project structures, WBS elements, network activities, and project accounting. Proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules, including general ledger accounting, cost center accounting, and internal orders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions. Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. SAP certifications in SAP PS and FICO modules are desirable but not mandatory.
