- Contacting attendees via phone or email to confirm their attendance and provide event details.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
- Assisting with various tasks during the event to ensure its smooth operation.
- Providing excellent customer service to attendees and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or event support roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability on Sunday 19th May- 10am -6pm
- Must be reliable and punctual.
