- Driving the IT transformation program of AXA Group (ATLAS)
- Controlling and improving the cloud business performance at AXA level (Cloud Business Office)
- Integrating cloud products in the local context of AXA entities (Cloud Broker)
- Partner with and Advice AXA entities as the Key point of contact to select the relevant cloud solutions to answer their needs.
- Provide expertise to support AXA entities’ cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS accounts and subscriptions management, DevOps & CICD pipelines)
- Integrate AXA cloud products in the local entities’ context, performing “end to end” products’ technical onboarding, managing the organization and financial impacts.
- Provide consultancy and project support to AXA entities for delivering their business projects.
- Create value to support the delivery of ATLAS program 2022-25
- Ensure the adequate governance with AXA entities to measure, optimize and bill the cloud consumption (FinOps) in collaboration with the Cloud Business Office
- Managing AXA GO cloud broker teams in Europe (except France) and Latin America (solid line) and AXA entities cloud brokers in Italy (dotted line) and supporting the Head of Cloud Brokers to develop a clear sourcing strategy.
- Supporting the delivery and realizing the support of AXA entities cloud platforms.
- Supporting the delivery of ATLAS program.
- Implement agile practice to improve the time to market for business enablement.
- Delivering cloud consultancy and project management capacities to AXA entities for their business and cloud projects.
- Supporting a transversal team capability to support the entities technical onboarding and cloud migrations.
- Supporting the monitoring and the billing of AXA entities cloud products consumption and building a strong FinOps role together with the Global FinOps Team and the Cloud Business Office.
- Find synergies in the technical areas and implement solutions to use it with the local Cloud Broker teams.
- Define contacts within the team for the GO products to keep the teams up to date with the progress of these products (Product CB Partner/Specialist)
- Increase the relationship between Cloud Broker team, Market teams and Axa entities, supporting the AXA entities with the challenges of Atlas program
- Involving all the stakeholders in the Operating Model Framework to secure the delivery of ATLAS. Supporting AXA Go as an entity in their Atlas journey.
- Reinforce the relationship with Market-, Country Heads. Working closely together with the Local Team members in case of issues or escalations.
- AXA entities Business App owners and Devops to integrate their local specificities and roadmap
- AXA GO markets to maintain/align the transversal processes such as portfolio (Demand/Budget) management and local invoicing.
- GSC to secure the operations processes alignment
- AXA GO Cloud Brokers to coordinate the Framework, ‘evangelize’ the cloud solutions and drive efficiency
- Being a recognized and trusted stakeholder in consolidating AXA GO Products and Markets relationship with AXA entities to ensure a continuous alignment on the cloud evolution.
- Strengthen the role of the local Cloud Product Business Partners and be the SPOC for IT Managers of the Europe and Latin America Axa entities in case of issues or additional support.
- Supporting a constructive dialogue between AXA entities and the Cloud products teams, be the mediator of this communication.
- Be the link between AXA GO organization/products and the Axa entities to support the Cloud Product teams to work on the real priorities.
- Working on the communities of the Cloud products to ensure a transparent way of working and a structured process of request/demand management.
- Being an active and reactive Lead for the local Cloud Broker teams
- Steer meetings with the local Cloud Broker teams, support processes, help distributing the work amongst the cloud brokers accordingly or to find support within the teams.
- Make sure that the way of working of the local cloud brokers fits to both Axa entities requirements and the global Cloud operating model
- Work with virtual and onsite meetings on the team spirit and the exchange within the team to optimize the transfer of knowledge and experience
- Support the local teams to have a healthy work-life balance for full efficiency
- Support all Cloud Broker team members to work as Cloud Ambassador, to bring the benefits of cloud or the variety of tasks closer to Axa Go or AXA entity colleagues.
- 15+ years’ experience ideally in enterprise IT
- Experience in team management of international organizations
- Significant experience in infrastructure management and cloud platforms in particular
- Significant experience is projects, operations, and products management
- Significant experience in business fronting or presales
- Proven ability to navigate and influence in a transversal management context
- Proven ability to balance autonomy and good collaboration skills
- Proven ability to support critical business projects and deal with challenging situations

- Good knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Security
- Good knowledge of and Application engineering principles, DevOps/CICD
- Good understanding of Cloud Service Providers solutions and strategy
- Significant experience in Application platforms migrations and their business impacts
