- Receive manpower requisition; organize internal and external search; organize advertisements; post and monitor vacancy (external portal based, etc).
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process.
- Facilitate and take part in interview process as required, liaise with the hiring manager and candidates in the process.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates, ensuring both competitive compensation and completing associated administrative tasks.
- Facilitate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background checks, to ensure the reliability and integrity of new hires.
- Assist in organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Respond to all incoming requests and queries by demonstrating a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interview processes.
- strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.
- Good planning, organising, communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
