• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on group-level corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
• Manage and oversee intellectual property (IP) matters to protect the company's assets and interests.
• Handle disputes and litigation matters, including contract disputes, regulatory issues.

• Minimum 5PQE with a focus on shipping & maritime law
• Admitted to the Bar
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
