Is in charge of tuning, establishing and keeping relationships with customers,handling field and in house service activities, so that all service administration is aligned, up to date and detailed.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Processes effectively complains from Customer about product delivered.
- Receiveces and processes customer's requests for technical support (remote helpdesk or physical intervention at the site), as well as customers' modifications/upgrades to existing products.
- Operates Product recalls, in relation to the customer's complains.
- Settles and Handles priorities, by coordinating them in all their facets.
- Within the After Sales domain, Works as a Project Manager, appropriately balancing costs, time, purpose, quality and risks, from the opening of the request until its final closure.

- Able to fully understand mechanical and electrical shcematics and wiring diagram
- Secondary School Diploma in technical area.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel.

- Even a short experience in a Operation Department of a metalmechanic industry.
