We’re actively building out our US presence and looking for talented team members to work with us in delivering critical project management consultancy expertise.We’re hiring a Senior MES Engineer with extensive Syncade experience to work on a greenfield project in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. This role will lead the design, development, documentation, implementation, and validation of the MES. The Senior MES engineer will also perform system configuration tasks and testing with a team.What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5+ years’ Emerson Syncade experience within a pharmaceutical environment is essential.
- Gather MES site-specific requirements to develop URS and FRS documents
- Lead the recipe design session with business process SMEs
- Gather master data and configure in MES Development / Quality / Production Environment
- Development, configuration, and testing of MBRs from initial to final design.
- Develop/create MBR design elements and e-logbook workflows for use in MBR creation
- Integrate MES with other automation systems using the standard interface component of MBR design.
- Initiate change controls and ensure their closure and implementation of changes.
- Technical document writing for procedures, specifications and functional verification protocols creation and execution
- Prior experience supporting international projects for large pharmaceutical MNCs
- Broad technical experience in the delivery of MES systems/projects including design, configuration, and testing.
- A strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and practices within a GMP environment.
- Experience integrating MES systems to other systems such as DCS, SCADA or ERP is highly beneficial.
