You will work closely with our team of Product Managers, gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment technology industry. This internship will provide valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process and the chance to work on projects that directly impact how organizations hire top talent.To offer the best possible experience to our users you will oversee multiple missions:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather requirements, conduct market research, and analyze user needs to define product enhancements and new feature ideas.
  • Assist in the creation of detailed product specifications, including wireframes, user stories, and process flows, to communicate product requirements to development teams.
  • Support the product development lifecycle, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Assist in the preparation of product documentation, training materials, and product launch plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Customer Success and Support, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
What you bring :
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You have a proven interest in technical topics.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, you have good analytical and synthetical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) and French (at least C level) - fluency in both languages required
