- Accept and check deliveries and ensure they are transferring appropriately within the hotel. ·
- Ensuring security and safety protocols are followed in Hotel Car Park/Delivery areas.
- Input of dockets to system.
- PO Administration.
- Stationery Management.
- To ensure that Health & Safety standards are complied with.
- Liaising with all departments within the hotel regarding maintenance issues/updates.
- Liaising with Contractors & Delivery agents.
- Ongoing reviewing and management of costs.
- Working closely with internal customers to ensure adequate supply of stock.
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and be proactive at problem solving.
