Your sensitivity to cultural nuances and dedication to promoting positive interactions will contribute to our global platform's integrity and user experience.Note: This is an office-based role in Thessaloniki (relocation provided).Key Responsibilities

Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it complies with community guidelines and standards.
Identify, escalate, and address issues, trends, and patterns observed in the Polish-speaking communities.
Work closely with the moderation team to enforce policies consistently and effectively.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to help improve moderation tools and policies.
Stay up to date with cultural trends, slang, and context relevant to Polish-speaking users to better understand nuanced content.
Participate in training aimed at enhancing moderation skills and understanding of community management.

What We're Looking For

Good command of Polish (B2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of online community dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex, nuanced content.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
Basic proficiency with office software and digital communication tools.
Comfort with working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing tech environment.
