Processing customer enquiries through MRP system
Liaising with clients over the phone and via email, regarding technical and non technical questions, providing a client-centric service
Liaise with Production, Engineering and Technical teams
Extract information from technical drawings and client specifications
Source supplier / subcontractor quotations, developing new and existing supplier relationships
Create client quotations
Estimate route times for components
The person:
Any engineering qualifications (Degree, HNC, HND, NVQ or similar)
