To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients in Malaysia

To work closely with various departments and management to manage day-to-day operations of the Malaysia office

To ensure employees work efficiently and develop professionally

To maintain and develop existing client relationship

Participate in business development projects

Liaise with the local authorities, external auditors, corporate tax agents and other professional parties, if any

Handle office admin including maintain office policy, procedure & supply etc. in Malaysia office

Report to management in Singapore

Job Requirements

Degree in Business or any other related field

Able to speak fluent Japanese language and good written skill in Japanese

3-5 years' relevant sales or marketing experience

Understand basic accounting, payroll, tax matters etc in Malaysia is an advantage

Prior experience and knowledge in strategic planning in a professional industry

Independent and able to multi-task

Problem solving aptitude with the ability to work across cultures, build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels

Able to travel for work assignments between Malaysia states
