- Represent Ground Operations at daily Safety meetings when required and take necessarily follow up actions.
- Highlight any safety related breaches, concerns or trends to the Safety & Compliance Manager
- Assist with Ground Ops investigations and follow up as necessary, review Root Cause and Corrective Actions.
- Ensure current training content remains compatible with, and is complimented by current ramp SOP’s;
- Identify areas of improvement and complete the delivery of digital solutions for training content and system integration delivery across the network
- Write and distribute and upload on intranet all GOPS safety related content for Hotspots, e-crew, promotions and safety initiatives, Newsletters
- Update the self-audit process quarterly to ensure all trends identified within the operation are covered in the monthly compliance.
- Responsible for Safety Risk Assessment process and maintaining the Risk Register for the department and provide and SRAs completed to the compliance department for review.
- Assist with compiling quarterly reports for Safety Action Group (SAG), Safety Review Board (SRB) and GOSSAG (Ground Ops SAG) Meetings for Ground Ops
- Compile monthly flight paperwork audits completed across the network to be provided to the auditors for review and compliance
- Oversee winter ops compliance and readiness and coordinate DAQCP responses
- Compile reporting on weekly progress and highlight to General Manager any immediate concerns
- Any other duties as may reasonably be delegated by the General Manager, Ground Operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy and good understanding of IT systems, software / hardware (advantage)
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proficient Adobe Suite (preferred)
- A good understanding of Data analysis and Power BI tool
- An understanding of Ryanair Ground Operations ramp procedures (advantageous but not essential)
- Be passionate, driven and motivated to deliver continuous improvements
- Root cause analysis, SRA experience, or Investigator training a distinct advantage
