This is approximately a 4-month contract position, starting May or June 2024.Our Enterprise Governance Office strives to foster an environment of trust, transparency and accountability where Co-operators is enabled to achieve its strategic objectives and, directors and management are empowered to fulfill their fiduciary duties. As a Student (Governance) in our Guelph office, you will take part in a business transformation project while providing support to various foundational areas of accountability.How you will create impact:
  • Assist with governance records management, data migration and quality assurance.
  • Help organize a digital catalogue in a new repository.
  • Re-name files according to nomenclature.
  • Implement plans and process improvements for secretariat activities.
  • Support various other functions of the department, as needed.

  • You have strong computing skills and are apt and quick to learn new digital tools.
Important Information:
  • You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education to be eligible however you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for this role.
