If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the Role:As a SEN Tutor working with Academics Agency, you will play a crucial role in supporting Key Stage 3 pupils within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting. Your main focus will be on delivering tailored instruction in Maths and English, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support in Maths and English.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Relevant teaching qualification or experience working with SEN students.
- Strong knowledge of Key Stage 3 Maths and English curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
