About the Role: As a Gen AI Product Manager, you will be working on scaling and enhancing Generative AI capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and deployment of next-generation AI services that reshape the marketing landscape. What You’ll Do: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on feature enhancement, customer engagement, and market expansion. Customer Insights: Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, ensuring our product development within market demands. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, technical program management, other product teams, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful AI services. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our innovative products. Prototyping and Validation: Lead rapid prototyping efforts to test and validate new generative AI use cases, ensuring feasibility and market potential. Roadmap Development: Construct and maintain a detailed product roadmap with clear milestones for the short and long term, emphasizing feature growth and user acquisition. What You Need to Succeed: Proven experience as a Product Manager within a software development setting, preferably in AI-driven products. Strong background in marketing technologies and generative AI, with a robust understanding of the marketing technology landscape. Ability to innovate and apply methodologies such as design thinking and lean startup. Enthusiastic and curious about emerging technologies and industry trends. Experience working with cross-functional teams to launch and manage products with significant impact. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to support assumptions and decisions through data.
