  • Greets and assists the public.
  • Answers phone calls, voicemails and provides information.
  • Handles reservation scheduling and payments including cash, check, and credit card through a point-of-sale system.
  • Balances the daily transactions.
  • Manages the daily facilities schedule.
  • Responds to emergency situations.
  • Assists with special events as needed.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Helps maintain cleanliness and organization.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSPerforms all other work as assigned.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn athletic scheduling software.
  • Able to function under pressure.
  • Knowledge of common computer programs and office machines, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work various schedules including weekends and evenings.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma/G.E.D. or currently enrolled in High SchoolESSENTIAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Hearing, seeing (close up and distance), standing, sitting, bending, hand movements, holding, lifting (10+ lbs.) waving arms, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, and feeling.
