- At least 2 years experience in a relevant role (i.e. supervision (if applicable), receptionist, front office or customer services role), with a company or similar government entity and with similar work force size and volume.
- Minimum high school education
- At least bilingual (Arabic and English).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office softwares (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
- Customer service-oriented individual. Relevant Professional certificates and courses will be a plus.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning, organizing and people management skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
- Good time management and organization skills.
- Team spirit and flexible
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
