- Manage and review design activities from design pitching (if any), conceptual to detail design stages for the assigned projects on a day-to-day basis to ensure design proposals by consultants meet company objectives by crafting, executing and providing support for related processes and activities.
- To assess, coordinate, communicate and monitor, with the respective Project Team, to ensure the consultant's design proposals meet the UEM Sunrise brand and identity, product design DNA, product hierarchy, design principles and product standardization for the target market segment.
- To prepare and develop, with the respective Project and Marketing Team, the product Design Brief, Product Kit and Management Approval papers for product development activities.
- Manage and review design activities from design pitching (if any), design proposal and documents for authority related submissions, conceptual design, schematic design, detail design and collaterals in lieu to preparation for launch for the assigned projects on a day-to-day basis by ensuring design proposals by consultants meet initial design objectives by providing technical support and comments for related processes and activities.
- Manage and review design activities for detail design and tender preparation for the assigned projects to ensure design proposals by consultants meet project budget objectives by providing advisory support for related processes and activities.
- Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA) - To coordinate with LAB (Innovation) with lesson learnt and related information to ensure guidelines and parameters stated in Design Playbook stay relevant.
- Maintain and strengthen good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
- Bachelors Degree. Specialised in: Architecture (LAM Part 1 and Part 2)
- Total Work Experience: 6 to 10 years
- Total Relevant Experience in architectural consultancy, design management, project planning or other relevant experience within relevant function for township, landed properties, high-rise, mixed-use development, commercial building and etc.
- Skills in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and any other relevant design software.
- Proactive, collaborative and highly inquisitive.
- Good analytical skill and ability to process, analyse, organize data and turn into meaningful information for accurate decision making.
- Creative and innovative.
