The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the KAM Team in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of our business objective, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the business.Responsibilities: * Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and profitability from key clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations. Serve as a point of contact for KAM related projects and enquiries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of KAM Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and strategic team goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor key account performance metrics and provide regular updates to the senior team. Forecast revenue projections and track progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and operational delivery teams to ensure alignment of KAM strategies with overall business objectives. Advocate for client needs and priorities within the organisation.
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Proactively address client concerns and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop strategies with the operational team to mitigate churn and enhance client loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and market developments that may impact key accounts. Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements: * Proven track record of success in Key Account Management leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of contract negotiation principles and experience managing complex, long term client relationships.
  • Results oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
