- Work closely with the business and support managers with all human resources-related topics
- Point of contact of employees and manager for HR-related topics for advisory, grievance and communication purposes
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the Business and challenging management to ensure the right level of recruitment (competencies management, headcount planning, staffing).
- Takes the lead role in the review of current and proposed organization tables; recommends changes and adjustments as appropriate.
- Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration, and talent management processes, managing the development and implementing a strategic succession planning process for the business area.
- Ensures the achievement of the short-term business objectives in the delegation area: performance management.
- Carrying out all the HR processes linked to the annual cycle within the perimeter according to time, cost, and quality.
- Carrying out the talent review and discussion of talents with managers Interacts with HR international.
- Ensuring that the learning, training/development actions/measurements in the organizational unit are implemented on time, cost, and quality
- Responsible for the implementation, realization, and compliance of all HR Policies, Services, and Programs as well
- Establishing a two-way information flow with the business and CoC: Ensuring management awareness for HR policies and providing input on business needs to CoC, providing managers with HR tools and practices for managing all HR-related processes in the following areas:
- Talent Management
- Compensation and Benefits
- People Resourcing (Employment and Learning & Competencies)
- Training and development
- HR Improvement (HR processes, tools, reporting solutions, communication and improvement projects)
