Launch content and trigger-based campaigns across email, SMS and push channels within the gaming industry.

Optimise and improve the effectiveness of existing campaigns.

Segment database and personalise campaigns.

Manage mass mailings: custom email layout, assign content and design tasks.

Monitor and analyse campaign results and CRM strategies, making any necessary adjustments.

Initiate the launch of new Retention campaigns aimed at encouraging project audiences to engage more actively with gaming resources.

Must have:

Experience in (Gambling) iGaming CRM of 6 months or more

Experience in CRM position of at least 1+ years preferred

Good understanding of Sportsbook & Casino CRM* Good understanding of conversion & retention strategies

Good understanding of iGaming KPIs and CRM KPIs
