- Launch content and trigger-based campaigns across email, SMS and push channels within the gaming industry.
- Optimise and improve the effectiveness of existing campaigns.
- Segment database and personalise campaigns.
- Manage mass mailings: custom email layout, assign content and design tasks.
- Monitor and analyse campaign results and CRM strategies, making any necessary adjustments.
- Initiate the launch of new Retention campaigns aimed at encouraging project audiences to engage more actively with gaming resources.
- Experience in (Gambling) iGaming CRM of 6 months or more
- Experience in CRM position of at least 1+ years preferred
- Good understanding of Sportsbook & Casino CRM* Good understanding of conversion & retention strategies
- Good understanding of iGaming KPIs and CRM KPIs
