Our client is seeking an Affiliate Manager to play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through affiliate partnerships, in alignment with their company strategies and marketing goals.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring a diverse and high-performing network.
Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliates and influencers to maximize ROI.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to affiliates to optimize their performance and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all affiliate and influencer marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing within the iGaming, eSports, or Gaming industries.
In-depth knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
Extensive experience in developing and executing affiliate and influencer marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to affiliate and influencer marketing in the iGaming industry.
Russian Native or Excellent speaker
