Required CRM from Valves industry Experience: 14+ Years Location: Hubli Responsible for aligning between the Order Fulfillment (Operations) and Customer Facing (Sales) teams and review the production status to ensure on time delivery ' Defines the plans and monitors the production dates at regular intervals and according to the schedule after each stage of machining, assembly, inspection and painting and adjust the dates accordingly ' Monitors the slotting tool, week wise project orders and performs critical order maintenance. ' Ensures setting of production targets in line with Annual Operation Plan (AOP) ' Coordination with inside sales/ Engineering/ Order booking to ensure on time release of orders for manufacturing. ' Coordinate with Planning, Purchase & Manufacturing to ensure on time customer deliveries ' Any delays/ risk are to be sounded off with the customer & seek timely extensions, timely escalate internally to expedite to overcome the constraints. ' Coordinate inspections plans, dispatch clearances, Advance payments, & LC's to ensure timely delivery. ' Responsible for painting, packing of products ' Ensure timely dispatch/ upload of documents to the customers ' Monitor & coordinate with customers & sales team for timely collection (receivables). Computer Skills: The incumbent should have knowledge of the following software: ' MS Office ' ERP.
