- Assist in the preparation and distribution of product information and support materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the Product Support Manager.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Product Support team to discuss progress, issues, and improvements.
- Support the implementation of new products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Support Manager.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
