Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Educational Technology, Computer
Science or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or
education technology industry can be beneficial.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools would be advantageous.
  • Proficient with MS Office 365.
  • Added advantage for candidates with experience in CRM software (e.g., Zoho,
Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail to prevent or minimise errors on sales documents.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

communication.

  • Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals
of prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to
their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and
informative manner.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and
campaigns to drive sales.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful
closures.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients’ post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns

  • Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market
research.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and
sales techniques.
