We are looking for a Senior Curriculum Writer (Remote) to join our team and play a key role in developing, refining, and innovating our curriculum.This is a fully remote role where you'll create impactful lesson materials, collaborate with an experienced team, and contribute to a growing company that values both excellence and creativity. If you're passionate about crafting meaningful learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:What You’ll Do (Your Impact)1. Lesson Creation & Innovation

Develop and refine engaging, structured, and interactive lesson plans for English and Writing programmes.
Regularly update and improve curriculum materials based on student progress, teacher feedback, and educational trends.
Ensure lessons are error-free, high-quality, and aligned with academic objectives.

2. Quality & Accuracy

Vet all curriculum content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Maintain rigorous quality control to produce error-free and impactful materials.

3. Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with Curriculum Leads and fellow writers to develop and refine lesson content.
Contribute to special projects such as teacher training materials, workshops, and curriculum innovation initiatives.
Support business initiatives (as needed), including trial lessons and marketing materials that drive student enrollment.

4. Teaching & Student Engagement

Conduct 5 online classes weekly according to prepared protocols & worksheets, fostering a dynamic learning experience.
Implement lesson enhancements based on student needs and engagement levels.
