
Senior Mechanical Project Manager

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all phases of mechanical projects, from planning and design through execution and close-out.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, ensure adherence to technical specifications, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, including performance metrics, timelines, and risk assessments, to senior leadership and clients.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and long-term partnership success.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Multitasking & Organisational Ability: Skilled at managing multiple high-priority initiatives and complex project components simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly across departments.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of project financials, cost control, and value engineering to drive profitability and strategic decision-making.
- Effective Negotiation Skills: Adept at securing favourable terms with clients, contractors, and vendors while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrates decisive leadership, motivating teams, managing conflict, and driving performance in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
