- Excellent stakeholder management skills able to explain - good listening, communication and organisation skills, ability to engage with people at all levels, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a Solution architect across large program of work.
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in designing and delivering hybrid cloud solution architectures using IaaS, PaaS and SaaS models.
- End-to-end management of solutions and designs to support the pre-sales activities.
- Experience with key technologies - Java, .Net, PL/SQL, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of the Sales and Ordering processes for Telco products in an Omnichannel architecture
- Demonstrated experience with BSS or OSS and provisioning systems
- Understanding the needs of our business, our customers, regulatory, compliance, security, and design and oversee development of fit for purpose, scalable end to end solutions.
- Design solution and liaise between technology teams and business stakeholders
- Design solutions adhering to non-functional requirements like performance, security.
- Engage with the IT stakeholders like Account team, ITS team to gain strong understanding of drivers, objectives, priorities, problems and ideas.
- Adopt practices to secure our customer's data and protect their information privacy.
- Creating and articulating as is and to be solution designs that can be easily understood and evaluated by a variety of stakeholders. Identify and evaluate potential solution options
- Ensure capabilities external to the service are also identified as dependencies
- Producing high level design documents and other technical deliverables
- Document architectural decisions to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements for the domain
