Apply now!What you'll doAs a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and work according to specifications and project plans
Be part of global IT business technology team and work on large complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions
Consult team members on SuccessFactors processes, data structure, standard capabilities, APIs and integrations
Build end-to-end solutions based on business process requirements and help to integrate them into AI solutions and Automations
Design and support proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions
Apply Software Development Life Cycle methodologies like Agile and participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing and production release

What you bring

Bachelor or Master's in computer science or related field
A minimum of 3 years' experience in SuccessFactors project implementation and maintenance
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
Hands-on experience in MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Integration Center, ISC, SuccessFactors APIs
Software Engineering and hands-on experience on SAP CPI would be an added plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions, ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
Desire and ability to work in an international fast-paced environment
Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions and technology
Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
