We are currently looking for an O&M Manager (QA/QC) to join our O&M team based in our Thessaloniki offices. By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in maximazing the energy yield and useful lifetime of components, by leading, improving and auditing maintenance processes. Your role will encompass: Develop and implement KPIs for quality and contractual compliance monitoring of O&M activities, including audits for compliance with contracts, site activities, and management systems. Review and align O&M procedures and manuals with management systems, conducting reliability assessments of suppliers and benchmarking local O&M teams and vendors using CMMS data. Coordinate with regional O&M Heads/PMs and H&S Managers for compliance purposes, detecting, analyzing, and proposing improvements for common defects and preventive maintenance routines. Sign off maintenance programs, monitor compliance with intervals, and collaborate with the procurement team in supplier qualification. Extract statistics and perform benchmarking of O&M teams and vendors, providing technical lessons learned reports and feedback to relevant teams. Propose design and installation method changes for improved asset robustness and reliability. What you bring to the role: 5+ years’ experience in related role Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field. Previous experience in Construction, Commissioning, or Operation of RES installations or Power Plants (Solar Farm PV, BESS, Wind, or other) Quality Management Systems expertise; familiarity with RES-related IEC standards will be considered as asset Proficiency with CMMS. Solution-oriented and hands-on approach. Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
