We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment.THE ROLEThe Operations and Transport Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations and transportation activities within Palletforce Logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and reliable pallet distribution services, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the overall logistics operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITES:Operational Management: Assist the Operations manager with the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Transport Management: Assisting with the transportation activities, including scheduling, routing, and tracking of deliveries.Team Leadership: Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance and support.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with CPC requirements in line with O'Licence and all legal Transport requirements.
