Working in the reception class, you will be supporting 2 children with SEN. You must have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to create a safe and nurturing environment.Requirements The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
Have experience working in Early Years Foundation Stage
Have excellent behaviour management skills
Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
