Through partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and mainstream colleges, we offer real-world work experiences, ensuring our learners thrive in various environments.As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our learners' journeys, providing academic assistance and community support on a 1:1 basis.
