- Integration deployment and support to our customers
- Steering the integration work done by internal resources and by subcontractors
- Define required data transformations and mappings
- Defining and maintaining message layouts
- Participating customer implementations by providing ICT expertise
- Working with plugin development and support
- Working closely with the Customer Success Management team members to integrate ICT development closer to the business development in order to provide more value to customers
- Applicable education (ICT or logistics) or equal knowledge via work experience
- Understanding of logistics processes, ecosystems and related IT systems
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in working with integration implementations
- Hands-on experience in applying some messaging standards like REST, JSON or XML
- Experience in designing or developing APIs
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset is close to your heart
- Ability to work both as a member of a team but also achieve results working independently
- Willingness for continuous learning and skill development
- You are fluent in Finnish and English both written and spoken
