- Execution of the risk assessment exercise pertaining to compliance risks.
- Implementation of second-line defense controls.
- Assistance with the implementation of reporting activities for Regulators, Governance Bodies, Operational and Group Compliance, etc.
- Support with the appropriate definition of the compliance training program in terms of content, participants, and methods.
- Evaluation of compliance systems to ensure that adequate software is in place.
- You have obtained Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law.
- You have 3 to 5 years or more of experience with a strong focus on controls and risk assessment.
- You possess strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in both Italian and English, with fluency in speaking and writing.
