• Support relationship managers by providing high-quality service delivery to UHNW clients;
• Perform account opening, documentation, order placing, account maintenance, credit facility and periodical review;
• Execute clients' orders, including money market, securities, structure products and FX transactions on a timely basis;
• Maintain high standards of client servicing assist on KYC & Call Report;
• Manage and follow up on new account opening documentation to ensure the alignment of compliance and regulatory requirements;
• Ensure that all applications are complied with company policy and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for account opening, perform KYC and due diligence, and work with internal departments to process account opening

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in private banking,client servicing and trade execution;
• Strong knowledge of private banking products, services, and operational processes. Familiarity with trade execution platforms and systems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability;
• Strong analytic skills and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in private banking; and
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
