- Build out a team around yourself (as and when appropriate)

- This vacancy can be offered at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Fantastic salary up to £80k+
- A firm large enough to have clout, but small enough that you will feel fully supported and valued
- Run a broad privately funded family caseload
- You should have expertise handling high-value and complex matters
- Matrimonial finance issues, divorce, and prenuptial agreements
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development (with full support of a dedicated marketing team and wider team)
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally at least 5 years’ PQE within family law
- Enthusiasm to want to grow the Exeter base & wider department
- (Work will be available from the outset, this is not a build from scratch situation)
