Job DescriptionElevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Assistant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Matching, checking and coding invoices
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Making payments via BACS
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Setting up of new supplier/customer accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements
  • Managing petty cash
  • Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
  • General office duties
  • Finance department administration
Person Specification:
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
