Responsibilities Create captivating and engaging YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views. Edit videos to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall quality. Design eye-catching social media posts optimized for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Collaborate with content creators to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual content. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing. Utilize Canva and other design tools proficiently to create graphics for different purposes. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. Continuously seek feedback and actively participate in the creative process to improve the quality of design work. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in YouTube thumbnail creation, video editing, social media post design, and Canva. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Familiarity with video editing techniques, including colour correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements. Excellent creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field (preferred). Knowledge of SEO principles and trends in digital marketing (a plus). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
