Responsibilities as the Events Operations Manager…
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience from the first point of enquiry to the delivery of the event with a focus on leading the operational running of event days
  • Leading and mentoring the Events Team to provide consistent 5-star service to all guests attending events at the hotel
  • Going above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring the smooth running of the department
  • Coordinating and planning with all departments to create an unforgettable guest experience
  • Upkeeping morale within the team and conducting annual performance reviews and training for the team
