The Regional Sales Manager is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on growing business within the Automotive vertical. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on growth of new and existing Automotive customers.*Position is based in Texas. It is FLEX remote where you will work from home while traveling to Dealership locations.Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate a new business pipeline via Cold Calling and Door Swings measurable on a 30, 60 and 90 timeline.
- Call on the existing client base to sell additional Spectrio services.
- Effectively demonstrate Spectrio and its products
- Successfully close business with “A” level decision makers in Automotive or Advertising environments
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned customer accounts
- Regularly reach and exceed sales quotas
- Follow up on meetings, proposals, adjustments to proposals, signatures for agreements, gather detailed information, clear and concise Salesforce data entry
- Successfully work in an independent capacity, but with a focus on teamwork with the account management members of their team
- Work in collaboration with Regional Account Managers to capitalize on upsell opportunities within the client base
- Meet, or exceed, Spectrio Sales Standard of Excellence (SOE)
- Meet and/or exceed all designated key performance indicators on a monthly basis
- Develop and plan proficient, effective, and value-added client contact travel schedules
- Adhere to all Spectrio branding and image guidelines, especially as it pertains to client collaboration

- Relevant work experience of 4 years with outside automotive Account Management, a plus
- 5+ years' sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field is required
- Experience selling in the technology landscape working between both marketing and information technology teams
- A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company requirements
