- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on hardware, servers, and storage solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hardware, servers, and storage technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales engineering for hardware, servers, and storage solutions.
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
