We have a new role on as a Customer Relations Executive, on a 12 month contract, this role is based in South Leitrim, it is commutable from parts of Sligo, Cavin, Leitrim, Roscommon and Mayo.Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills:The minimum criteria for the job candidate are specified.– Degree in Business or equivalent qualification– Third Level qualification in Business or equivalent plus 5 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree qualification– Min 2 years' experience in a similar role– Professional and knowledgeable with ability to develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers.– Ability to organise, manage, and communicate across all levels and functions Motivated and Self-starting– Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing, fast paced environment.Duties/ Accountabilities:“This involves but is not limited to:”– Play an integral role in the business by leading the customer service team to provide first class customer service to their customers.– Creating quotations and communicate with internal and external customers– Take responsibility for improving and maintaining customer satisfaction and the identification of process improvements to retain and maximise revenue.– Responsible for leadership and execution of the responsibilities within the team.– Work closely with other departments to deliver a level of service that exceeds client's expectations– Ensuring compliance with budgets and plans.– Monitor performance, provide coaching and mentoring where appropriate– Develop and maintain customer satisfaction measurement metrics– Customer Order to fulfilment process; includes logging on sales orders. Confirming delivery dates and sending order acknowledgement.– Dealing with customer enquiries and be able to communicate clearly both written and oral.– Management of a suitable CRM when implemented– Creating quotations and Customer Order to fulfilment process;– Follow up on leads generated from Trade Shows and develop resulting business opportunities.– Adhere to Plant Safety requirements and Health & Safety requirements relating to your work, assuming responsibility for those aspects of the OH&S System over which you have control to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.– Be aware of the potential environmental impacts associated with your work and the implications of non-conformance.– Contribute to enhanced energy performance by conservation of energy where possible (Lighting, Equipment, Air Conditioning etc).– Contribute to the continual improvement activities of the OH&S, Environmental and Energy Management systems through participation, providing feedback/ suggestions for improvement and by reporting accidents, dangerous occurrence, near miss/ illness, good catch and environmental incidents in a timely manner.– Champion data protection compliance, ensuring all processes, systems and data within area of responsibility are operating compliantly and within the requirements of the GDPR and its principles.For more information Contact Leona at Arcon RecruitmentLeona WalshRecruitment Consultant
