As we expand our operations worldwide, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Business Partner supporting the ISC COE (Integrated Supply Chain Centre of Excellence) in shaping and executing cutting-edge supply chain strategies.Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the global standardization of Finance practices, particularly focusing on logistic costs within the supply chain domain.
  • Contribute to transformative supply chain improvement projects, providing valuable financial insights as part of our Global Supply Chain Management Team.
  • Drive the adoption of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) from a global perspective, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Supply Chain operations.
  • Align global supply chain decisions with long-term value creation goals, leveraging financial frameworks to optimize outcomes.
  • Champion supply chain enhancement initiatives with a focus on sustainable, long-term gains.
  • Lead financial analysis, IBP, and forecasting efforts for the global ISC organization, collaborating closely with regional controllers and corporate leaders.
  • Manage the global ISC performance management process, integrating seamlessly with the Integrated Business Planning approach.
  • Identify and implement operational best practices and efficiency programs on a global scale.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of improvement initiatives across the global supply chain landscape.
  • Uphold adherence to global supply chain standards within the ISC finance community.
  • Foster collaboration with regional ISC controllers, functional towers, and Global Business Services (GBS) to drive synergies and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance roles within industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Proactive, analytical thinker with a desire for delving deep into data.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant business applications is an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-centric with a strategic orientation and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Change management expertise and adept at building networks within organizations.
