- Manage the personal administrative tasks for the Director, including lifestyle bookings and handling personal correspondence, ensuring seamless integration of both personal and professional commitments.
- Oversee the completion of corporate card statements and the processing of expenses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle client communications confidently and efficiently, both over the phone and in writing, reflecting the high standards of the interior design community.
- Execute extensive diary management, liaising with clients and fostering relationships that enhance the company’s reputation among interior designers.
- Provide full administrative support, dealing with confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Manage the Director's email account, prioritising and monitoring urgent inquiries to facilitate effective communication flows.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems tailored to the fast-paced needs of the interior design industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Director or other senior designers, ensuring continuity and quality of service.
- Propose guest lists for various corporate events, reflecting the company’s standing in the interior design sector.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for both personal and business needs, embodying the efficiency and style befitting a top-tier interior design firm.
- Assist in diary management for other senior team members, including the Associate Director and New Business Consultant, to maintain alignment across all operations.
- Prepare documentation and conduct preliminary research for new business initiatives, staying ahead in the competitive interior design market.
- Handle initial inquiries from the website, providing timely and professional responses to prospective clients.
- Record minutes for business and new client meetings, ensuring all details are captured accurately and styled to reflect the sophistication of the interior design industry.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and the Marketing Manager to keep project trackers and promotional materials up-to-date and reflective of the company's high standards.
