Renowned for their delivery of exceptional design solutions, this firm boasts a talented team of 30-40 architects and technical staff. With a diverse portfolio spanning Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, and large-scale residential and commercial developments, this role offers the chance to contribute to prestigious projects. If you’re an experienced architect with a passion for high-end design, we want to hear from you.Essential Requirements for this Architect Role
  • Minimum of 5 years post Part III experience in professional practice (within the UK).
  • Part III qualified ARB registered Architect.
  • Strong technical abilities and proficiency in hand drawing/sketching skills.
  • Competent in managing project tasks and teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD/SketchUp.
  • Confident communicator with leadership skills.
  • Excellent liaison skills with contractors and consultants.
  • Strong team player with exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).
Desirable Requirements for this Architect Role
  • Experience in high-end luxury residential/hotel projects.
  • Proven experience in managing projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD (essential), with Revit skills being a bonus.
  • Experience with graphics and rendering for scheme and planning design.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to inspire team members.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect Role
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Assist in the production of planning drawings and technical documentation.
  • Prepare Design and Access Statements.
  • Attend meetings with Planning and Design Officers.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors.
  • Contribute to project progress reporting.
