- Handling full set of accounts
- Prepare company management report.
- Monitor cash flow - review collections and payments, bank book properly and timely updated.
- Daily supervision - documents and transactions processing.
- Preparation and check all relevant accounting and related reports.
- Attend to queries from external parties pertaining to accounts.
- Review tax analysis and preparation of all audit schedules, and audit related documents.
- Setup accounts and reporting structures.
- Provide guidance to accounting entries for accounting staffs.
- Monitor debt collection, reconciliation, dispatching statement.
- Monitor creditors reconciliations, payment.
- Check tax computations and reporting.
- Monitor invoicing and matching costs, collections and payments.
- Perform duties assigned by authorized top management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other equivalent, preferably a member of MIA/ACCA/CPA or other relevant professional accreditation body.
- Resourceful, initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure.
- Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.
- Possess high degree of confidentiality
- Computer literate in accounting software with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Based at Piasau, Wisma Shin Yang.
