HR supports a diverse and inclusive workforce that fosters a sense of belonging and encourages our employees to be themselves in the workplace.About the role – Your responsibilitiesHR Administration:Responsible for completion of general HR administration tasks which support the running of the HR department.
  • Monitoring and handling queries in NL HR Mailbox
  • Process invoices related to HR e.g. solicitor fees, outplacement etc.
  • HR cycle on the inflow and outflow of employees
  • Process Occupational Health timesheet
  • HR Shared Services tasks
  • Monthly payroll delivery (preparation and reporting)
  • Sickness process (Wet Poortwachter, RI&E)
  • Keep track on changes in Collective labour agreement, handbook i.e.
Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Provide (administrative) support on Talent Acquisition, including creation of job requisitions and offer letters, contact with agencies and interview coordination.
  • Full coordination on non-payroll employees, including administrative tasks, (coordination of) job interviews, maintaining contact with universities and/or agencies
Projects:
  • Participate in HR projects (local and international) to gain exposure to all areas of HR and develop project management skills.
Learning & Development Programme Coordination:
  • Support individuals on their learning programmes ensuring successful skills development, answering queries, and acting as a first support for all participants.
  • Arrange Insurance related mandatory trainings (WFT)
  • Monitor and respond to all queries in our shared inboxes (HR Support, Professional Development).
  • Consulting with managers on personal training needs.
Our Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience in a high volume and fast paced co-ordination role or Administration position
  • Knowledge of HR processes or experience within an HR administrative environment
  • Highly organised and a strong attention to detail is required
  • Previous experience working in a large multinational organisation would be a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word / Outlook /Excel/PowerPoint and preferably Workday and ADP
